Airconditioning was either on or off. Temperature setting didn't work. Toilet didn't function properly Had to hold handle down to get it to flush. Older rather tired property

Excellent location, but rooms could be a little nicer. Great staff.

Location was good-right in the middle of everything. Walk out one door and you are in the middle of the city, walk out the other door and you are right at the beach. LOTS of good restaurants in walking distance. The pools were very nice. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Staff was very nice.

I think I was downgraded to a smaller room. Even though I didn't need the second bed, I thought the room should cost less. Also, the quality of the workmanship of the room wasn't great. There was a big gap between the door jam and the wall. The neigborhood was a bit noisy, but that's because so much was going on.

Great location

Location was great, loved the vibe and restaurant on site, nice beach in front and you are in the heart of the romantic zone. Good breakfast buffet.

Rooms a little bit tired but we liked the style, it’s kind of 1970s Mexican. Lots of families and kids so was quite noisy, great for families but if you want an adults only vibe don’t stay here.

Loved it!!

I love the location close to a nice beach lots of activities to do at the beach. Their restaurant is excellent. Love the pool n bar they have next to the pool. Love my stay made it so accessible to restaurant in area. My kids enjoy everything ️ I’ll be back again

The rooms are very small but we hardly in our room didn’t really affect us until bedtime. Have to say their Patio have beautiful view to the ocean.

Good hotel over all.

I liked the room, the decoration. It seems to me that it was really Mexican. The view if you have a room with view on the sea. Even the partial view is nice.

Some clients are leaving their towel on long seats facing the swimming pool. Just to keep their seats. I saw some seats with towels empty most of the day, then for example a woman came to seat on her seat for maybe 1 hour. Firstly these people are selfish and also the direction of the Hotel doesn't do anything. I hated this.

Great location, family friendly, excellent restaurant and pools. Room was small and needs updating.

Great location with easy beach access and walking to nearby restaurants and shops in the Zona Romantica, lovely swimming pools and hot tub/warm pools. The restaurant was fantastic, although a bit pricey. Staff were all very friendly.

The room was quite small for 4 people and the furnishings were tired. The room was clean, but not "comfortable" for a family of 4. The Wifi did not work at all, in our room or in the common areas.

It was good.

The access to the beach and the restaurants around the hotel were great. The hotel is super central and the staff were helpful.

The rooms are very old and dated. We also paid for an upgraded room and we’re not given that on arrival without having to change rooms and fight for what we paid for. It would also be nice if the hotel stopped beach sellers from bothering you when you were on hotel grounds.

Great hotel close to the beach, downtown and friendly staff!

Loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were and how close the hotel was close to most of the places we wanted to get to!

All is good at the hotel considering how close it is to most places; however, the buffet was so so compared to the food outside. Also this is not the hotel's fault, but due to the hurricane we were unfortunately unlucky without power for a couple of days since the hurricane hit the main powerline. They did do their best to fix this though.

Good hotel right on the beach...not so good value

This hotel is right on the beach Playa Los Muertos, and it is centrally located in the Zona Romantica, near to all restaurants, bars, and attractions. They have a bar, and a restaurant onsite, and you can purchase access to the "buffet only" and all the alcoholic drinks with their "all-inclusive" package. Staff was friendly. I also liked that the chairs and umbrellas were included in your rate.

Rooms are small, and the bathroom (at least ours) was super small. It was difficult for two of us to brush our teeth at the same time. Also, the hotel is showing off its age and it is in great need of updates and reparations. Although convenient for our family to have all foods in place, the all-inclusive option was expensive. I was not told until later that my "all-inclusive" pass only included the buffet and not the restaurant food, which significantly decreased the value and I regretted this purchase. I would recommend you just to pay for foods in the restaurant, and go out to dinner to other nice restaurants in the area if you want to get a better value for your money.

Perfect location on the beach. In the Zona romantica so it's in a great location. The restutant was pretty good. The rooms were nice

The rooms seem outdated and could use a upgrade. The food in the restaurant could've been more eclectic. Mostly Mexican food every meal. A bit noisy. It's hard to get a poolside table or chair because most people save them.
